Our
Goal
Our goal is to give our property owners a greater
return on their investment than any other property
management company. We accomplish this by offering
a personal touch to our guests so they have an enjoyable
vacation and will continue to vacation with Beach
House Rentals for many years to come.
Management
Fees
Our management fees are competitive. We will be glad
to quote you a fee upon seeing your property and discussing
your needs (Unlimited Savings).
Accounting
Beach House Rentals uses a state of the art computer
program for all accounting purposes which allows us
to produce an accurate check and owner statements
that are mailed out by the tenth of every month with
the prior month activity including rental income and
any expenses charged against your account. We collect
and pay Florida and local taxes.
Linens
We provide your property with an adequate amount of
linens for each guest. Each unit will have two sets
of linens that will be alternated between reservations.
The linens are professionally cleaned and delivered
each week. The linen cost is included in your cleaning
fee.
Credit
Card Fees
Beach House Rentals will absorb the credit card fees
when applicable. No credit card fees will be charged
to our homeowners when guests pay for their rental
with a credit card (Savings up to 3%).
Housekeeping
Beach House Rentals offers an exceptional cleaning
service. Each property is thoroughly cleaned after
each guest departs.
Guests
Amenity Packages
We offer guests an amenity package that is not charged
back to the homeowner. All amenity packages are
charged to the guests (Savings of $2000-$3000 annually).
Free Golf- For each property the owner will receive
one free round of golf per day up to 7 days.
Online
Account Access
Each property owner will have access to their account
on our website. You can view your statements, view
your bookings and reserve your own dates with this
feature.
Flexible
Owner Occupancy
Owners may occupy their own property with no maximum
weeks. We do recommend you limit your weeks during
peak season in spring and summer. However there will
be a $100 (one hundred dollars) charge for non-paying
owner reservations after two weeks.
Marketing
We advertise extensively in newspapers, magazines,
travel guides, chamber of commerce, direct mailing,
and the internet. We target the Southeast and Midwest
United States.

Virtual Tour
Each property advertised on our website will have
a virtual tour at no cost to owner (Savings of $150).
Online
Reservations
We offer a real time online reservation system. This
allows us to be open for business 24 hours a day.
Rental
Rotation
We use a rotation system for booking. The properties
with the least bookings automatically move to the
top. Call in reservations will be directed to the
property that best fits the guests individual needs.
Inspections
We inspect properties weekly and coordinate repairs
at competitive prices.
Dedication
We are dedicated to protecting your investment and
increasing the value of your property. We live and
work in the area and take great pride in the community.
Office
Hours
We are strategically located in the Crystal Beach
Area. Our office hours are Monday - Saturday 8am -
5pm from Memorial Day - Labor Day. We are closed on
Sundays. We have a 24 hour emergency contact number
for homeowners and guest.

We will communicate with all of our guests throughout
the year to encourage repeat rentals. We are focused
on taking care of our properties and our guests which
